Steps to Proceed

  1. Parents/guardians must fill out the form in the link above 
  2. The parent/guardian will  then receive the Docusign to prompt the Virtual Academy administrator to begin the student intake process. 
  3. To be enrolled for the Virtual Academy, residency will be verified before registration is confirmed.
